Cathy and Patrick Stack share their highlights and photos from the pilgrimage:
1. Drawing water from a well in Madaba under the Church of the Beheading of John the Baptist. Isaiah 12 "You will draw water joyfully from the springs of salvation".
2. Praying the rosary together on the lakeside of the Sea of Galilee. (Thanks April for taking the photo spontaneously).
3. Fourth Station on the Via Dolorosa: Jesus meets his mother. In the crypt under the church at the fourth station is a mosaic of two sandals/footprints (you can just make them out in this picture). This commemorates the spot where Jesus stopped and met his Mother on his way to Calvary.
